Mom and the kids have worked diligently to care for our little garden. Finally, this afternoon, they're reaping their just rewards. We've got tomatoes, carrots, string beans (mmmm), and one giant zucchini!

Later this evening, as we were eating our dinner, it began to thunder and lightening outside. Summer had everyone kneel down so she could ask Heavenly Father for a rainbow. Poor Dad (doubting Thomas) worried that her little heart would be broken when her prayer wasn't answered, so he closed the window blinds and they watched a movie. When the movie was over, Dad sent the kids to bed and opened the blinds. To his surprise, there hung the answer to her prayer. (Unfortunately, this picture doesn't do the rainbow justice.)

That is the coolest picture of Summer at the window! I love it! You have the cutest kids...I can't believe how Merlin has grown!
I'm sure it was just a coincidence. ;)
What a gorgeous picture! And congratulations on your garden. Will the zuccini become dinner or a boat?
Your container garden is beautiful and your kids are beautiful and your photos are beautiful. Life is beautiful!

Awww...your kids are getting so big! They look so proud of their garden and should be. Can't wait to see them in November!
A "container garden"... is that what it's called? That's a neat idea... we don't have a garden because I don't want to tear up the yard. Hmmm, maybe next year we can try that!
